I - Chocolate Freckles might just be ITCH Design's greatest fan :) Tell us why you love ITCH so much?

J - At Chocolate Freckles we love ITCH because it fits in perfectly with what we are about! Unique, colourful and very cool clothes that are about kids having fun and being comfortable. Very original designs with twists like no other brand really!

I - Tell us about your store, what is your concept, aesthetic and why did you start up in the first place?

J - The store is eclectic, full of colour and brands that are not stocked everywhere. It's good old fashioned service and we go out of the way to make sure customers are happy. Aesthetically we are all about colour. It's a small store that we like to look full without being overcrowded. It is exactly how I dreamed it would look! I started the store due to the need for a life change and the chance to do something challenging and rewarding. Also I felt there was a gap in my area for some really original brands that were not readily available. With two small children, life is super busy but we make it work.

I - Anything interesting you have stumbled across lately?

J - The most beautiful retro swap cards (remember them) from Lark that people just love and THE most gorgeous nautical inspired giftware for boys..Message in a bottle, marbles, tying ropes..All good old fashioned fun.

I - Any exciting news and or plans in the pipeline or any goss.....either way?

J - Ha ha...too early to say but watch this space!

I - Favourite ITCH piece to date?

J - Without a doubt the Pac shorts from last summer. Oh my they are cute..

I - A little something extra. In your own words I.......

J - am so privilged to have this beautiful shop and be able to choose from so many gorgeous labels. I love seeing customers eyes light up when they see awesome new designs hit the shelves.
